DJI FPV crashed 35ft from ground

my DJI FPV was hovering 25ft away, altitude of 35ft, suddenly the front right motor flew off, it tried to stabilize but the rear right motor and left front flew off too, it went down straight on the pavement.

I didn't get any warning or error display before take off or during hovering. GPS is fine but I noticed that the motor were buzzing very loud.
In the pics you will see the motor mount melted or thorn off, i lost the front right motor, cant find it anymore, I also noticed when I picked up my DJI FPV, the motor is very hot to touch.

In the pic you can see the screw held on to plastic and pulled off the arm.

the battery is not functioning properly, the crashed damaged the intelligent board, tested it with my other DJI FPV few seconds after it power On it shuts down.

Short vid of display errors appeared after the front right motor flew off
I will try to fix this without replacing the arm, thinking of building something to strengthen the motor mounts.
